Schott Technical Glass and ASML via Drees & Sommer
At Drees & Sommer, our focus included managing PMO activities, coordinating project acquisition and vendor processes, driving business development strategies including market analysis, advising and assisting project managers, employees, and stakeholders.
Moreover, at Schott we lead the redesigning of glass production lines to ensure higher efficiency and best outcome results, while at ASML we were responsible for digitalizing and planning various production halls.

At 50Hertz, we offer specialized consultancy with focus on PMO support and coordination for complex HVDC onshore programs. Our expertise spans schedule management, the creation of a Schedule Management Handbook, and multi-level reporting to support timely decisions. We ensure smooth stakeholder coordination, drive risk management, optimize supplier performance, and implement tailored processes aligned with DCMA standards. We define PowerBIreporting requirements and ensure the integration of Primavera P6 schedule management with SAFRAN risk management for proactive, data-driven project oversight.
Project Management for Production Lines
Audi eTRON, BMW and AMG via Hörnlein Group
At Hörnlein Group, we excelled in multi-project management and leading international teams, monitoring budgets, schedules, investments, and resources. Our focus included designing and executing production lines for various vehicle parts, collaborating and communicating effectively with EOMs, suppliers, and other departments.
We provided consultancy for technical aspects, led FMEA assessments, applied Six-Sigma methods, ensured quality assurance VDA 6.3 compliance, and enhanced the implementation of Industry 4.0 practices.
Project Management - Aviation & F1
UBC Composite GmbH
We designed, developed, and manufactured drones, as well as designing LiDAR sensor casings, aircraft, and automotive parts, including rotor blades. We supervised the design and strength assessment for aviation components and managed aviation and Motorsport projects (F1 & Le Mans), covering planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance.
Our team optimized processes, established and maintained customer relations, and collaborated with suppliers and other departments. We specialized in composite materials and tool designs to enhance our products and projects.
Management of Design, R&D & Production
Hörbiger Holding
At Hörbiger Holding, we developed Electrohydraulic, pneumatic Valve actuators and press drivers, overseeing its design and strength assessment. We also coached on utilization of Solidworks and designed hydraulic circuit diagrams, conducted flow simulations, and defined quality control processes for serial production.
We managed the design and execution of test benches, led FMEA analysis for both design and process, and created a Configuration Management System to improve selling rates.

IFB - Institute of Aircraft design
At the Institute of Aircraft Systems (ILS), we managed aircraft instrument projects and conducted research and development in Fly-By-Wire Systems, with a focus on monitoring, failure recognition, and localization. Our team developed and analyzed monitoring systems for redundant signals and researched LAPAZ with a focus on redundant management systems.
We implemented integrated modular avionics, as well as researched and developed airport navigation systems for both indoor and outdoor use.
